We’re a small business, and your satisfaction matters to us. Each Originee piece is thoughtfully selected, repurposed, or reimagined, and we want you to feel wonderful about your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused.
Because many of our pieces incorporate vintage, pre-loved, or repurposed materials, they may show subtle signs of their previous life. We believe these unique characteristics are part of their beauty and story. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe each piece so you know exactly what makes it special.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Because some Originee creations are one-of-a-kind, an exact replacement or exchange may not always be available.
